Aeroknit

One continuous knit. No seams to fight you, no panels to fail you. This is the fabric system everything else in the line is built around.

ONE THREAD

How it's
made

Four steps. Eighteen months of testing. Zero shortcuts.

01

Knit

Each garment is knitted as a single continuous piece on industrial circular machines — no cutting, no sewing, no seams. What comes off the machine is already the silhouette.

02

Map

Compression is zoned along your kinetic chain, ventilation along your heat map. Density changes stitch by stitch — tighter where force travels, open where heat builds.

03

Test

Wind-tunnel drag testing, 500-cycle industrial wash trials, and twelve weeks on the bodies of our athletes before a single unit is produced. If it pills, sags, or rides up, it dies in the lab.

04

Repeat

Every season the yarn gets revised — current generation runs 72% recycled nylon without losing a point of compression integrity. AeroKnit is never finished.

Seams are
where gear quits.

Every seam is a stress point — a ridge that chafes under a bar, a line that splits after a hundred washes, a panel that bunches mid-rep. Traditional apparel manages seams. We deleted them.

AeroKnit transfers load through the knit structure itself, so the garment moves like a second layer of skin: 360° of stretch with nothing to catch, ride, or rub.

TESTED TESTED

Lab numbers,
not marketing.

0%Less Surface Drag

Friction-mapped yarn vs. standard poly blends, wind-tunnel verified.

Flex Zoning

Body-mapped stretch with zero seam failure points.

0sDry-Touch Time

From soaked to dry-touch in under ninety seconds.

0+Wash Cycles

Compression integrity verified through 500 industrial washes.
